1. You must notify us immediately from delivery date.
  2. All shipping and handling costs for will be at the customer’s expense. We will not be responsible for lost packages and we must receive the item back before an exchange can be made.
  3. In the event that a refund has been discretionarily made, this will be for the full cost of the item less any discounts, promotional offers applied and all shipping and handling costs.
  4. In any specific case where the product/service has been customized pacifically to you there will be no exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed.
  5. We also allow for orders to be cancelled, as long as they order has not been processed and confirmed as shipped.

In the case where the above conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
